Shanghai Meeting of Academy Members and potential members June 14 2007 |
This meeting of representatives of Chinese member institutions and potential member institutions was attended by 25 environmental law professors from many parts of China.
It was hosted by Academy Council member Professor Wang Xi, Director of the Environmental Law and Resources Institute, Faculty of Law, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and the Academy’s Co-Director (International), Professor Ben Boer. The recent work of the Academy was introduced, and the Academy’s draft Annual Report was distributed. The meeting discussed a wide range of issues concerning the future work of the Academy in China. The event was followed by an Academy Dinner.
