Bylaws and Guidelines

The bylaws of the IUCN Academy, incorporated in 2006, are provided below. The bylaws include consolidated changes, and are current to May 2010. These bylaws have been registered with Industry Canada.

In addition, please find below Guidelines that have been developed in support of Academy governance. These Guidelines have been reviewed and approved by the Board. Please check back as we will continue to post approved guidelines.
