Registration for the 13th Annual Colloquium of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law is Now Open
The IUCN Academy of Environmental Law invites environmental law scholars, students, lawyers, industry leaders, government officials and policy makers, and interested parties in environmental issues to attend our 13th Annual Colloquium to be held at Atma Jaya Catholic University in Jakarta, Indonesia from September 7-12, 2015 on the theme of Forest and Marine Biodiversity.
Two half-day Pre-Colloquium Workshops, one organized by the IUCN Academy’s Research Committee and another organized by the Teaching and Capacity Building Committee, will be held on September 7 and 8 respectively.
Jakarta Colloquium
A Call for Abstracts for the Jakarta Colloquium on the theme of Forest and Marine Biodiversity has been issued. Abstracts should be submitted to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis, as received, with a final deadline of Friday, April 17, 2015.
The IUCN Academy will publish an edited and peer-reviewed collection of papers following the Colloquium.
Pre-Colloquium Research Workshop
A Call for Abstracts for the Research Workshop on Forest Value Claims in the Global Economy – Social Justice and Sustainability Considerations has been issued. Persons interested in participating in the Workshop, as a plenary presenter, roundtable speaker or member of the general audience, are invited to contact the Workshop convenors as soon as possible:

- The registration receipts and confirmation letters will be provided by the Organizing Committee after payments are received.
- Prices shown on the Registration Fee List are in US Dollars.

- There will be a 75% fee charge for cancellations received before August 15, 2015, and NO REFUND will be processed for cancellations after August 15, 2015.
- All refunds will be processed after completion of the Colloquium.

- Aryaduta Apartment is an apartment hotel. The special rate below is for one bed rooms: each with a living room and a kitchen. Two bed room apartments are also available at US$136 per night and three bedrooms at US$150 per night.
