Mark received his LL.M. in Environmental Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law in May 2023. He has also been a Visiting Researcher with APCEL since June 2021. Mark received his LL.B. from NUS and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. He has practiced law in a leading law firm and as in-house counsel in the public service. Mark hopes to advance scholarship in environmental law (and related legal and non-legal fields, taking a comparative and interdisciplinary approach), and contribute the development of new ideas, frameworks, and approaches, in re-imagining futures where today’s environmental and human crises can be effectively combated and transformed in advancing environmental and social justice.
